You will receive an email from Team Sogo , once the Order is Processed. You can also check the status in your account dashboard in the "Orders" tab.
Once you select a product and place the order, Sogo will deliver the product before end of day of the delivery date. After the duration is over, the product will be picked up by Sogo representative from your doorstep. We make best effort to inform you of the rider dispatch and co-ordinate the delivery timing suitable for you. If you have particular delivery instruction, you can mention it in 'delivery notes' at the time of checkout.
orders placed on Sogo are dispatched through our own service – Sogo Logistics. Door step delivery is included.
We accept Cash on delivery, Credit/Debit card, UPI and Net banking.
You can apply a coupon on cart page before order placement or during checkout.
Your deposit will be refunded after the Item has been returned and inspected for damage. If there is no damage, refund will be initiated within 48 hours. It may take 7-10 business days for it to reflect in your account.
The minimum tenure for most items is 7 days. If you want to rent it for shorter time, please give us a call or email us.
Once order has been placed, you'll get a link to upload KYC documents. Our team will review the documents within 24 hours and if the verification is successful, our service team will be notified to dispatch the item.
We require one ID proof and one address proof. Aadhaar card, Driving license and Passport count as both ID proof and address proof and that alone would be sufficient. Please note that PAN card and Voter's card don't count as address proof.
No. Once verification has been done with the first order, subsequent orders do not require verification.
In case of address change, please upload new KYC documents matching the current address so that we can reverify.
