Once you select a product and place the order, Sogo will deliver the product before the end of the day of the delivery date. After the duration is over, the product will be picked up by a Sogo representative from your doorstep. We make our best effort to inform you of the rider dispatch and co-ordinate the delivery timing suitable for you. If you have particular delivery instructions, you can mention them in 'delivery notes' at the time of checkout.
We accept Cash on delivery, Credit/Debit card and Net banking.
The minimum tenure for most items is 7 days. If you want to rent it for a shorter time, please give us a call or email us.
We at Sogo onboard each client into the system by collecting KYC documents related to the client Organization. Once we receive all the documents and approval from our Legal teams are in place, we are good to go and start rendering our services to you. A physical audit of your office premises is also conducted once to ensure the rented devices have sufficient power backup.
We will not charge any customer in full if the utilization has reached 80% of the initial committed rental tenure. We will charge the customer on a Prorated basis if the utilization has reached 80%.
All customers are allowed to upgrade the products at will with nominal extra charges. Some products might have reached the full capacity of accessories upgradation and we will at that time recommend the complete system upgrading. Upgradations are subject to feasibility.
